Who: Singaporean by birth, Regine has amassed over 10 years of experience within the start-up environment in Asia Pacific and Europe. She has since successfully vested out of her previous venture in brand consultancy where she garnered numerous successful accolades within the finance and insurance sector. Coupled with a strong suite in business development, she joins Stark Group Pte Ltd to lead its new innovation arm Insurance Republic. Regine holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A) honors in Public and Promotional Communication degree from Nanyang Technological University. Who: Kin Wei is the regional Chief Information Officer of a large US based company. He has more than 25 years of extensive information management experience and rigorous track record in building high-performance teams, process and product Innovation. He is adept at working across Asian cultures, and extremely passionate about harnessing leading technologies to drive business value and competitive advantage. Kin Wei hold a MBA from Chicago Booth University and also a Board Member of couple of start-ups specialised in AI and Blockchain . Why: Kin Wei has a strong network and now how when it comes to Artificial Intelligence and Blockchain Matter. He assists Stark Group in developing capabilities in this fast growing expertise. |
Corporate Strategy: Olivier Jolivet - Chief Executive Officer at COMO Holdings
Who: Olivier has more than 20 years experience in excom management. Former Group CEO of AMAN resort , the most luxurious hotel group in the world, with a presence in 15 countries. Prior to this, he was a Group excom at ClubMed and made his debut at McKinsey in 1996. Olivier is also a Board Member of Remy Cointreau SA since August 2013. Why: Olivier with his experience and maturity, commands respect from the corporate world. He provides important advice and support for critical questions Stark Group may face over the coming years. |

Who: Stanislas has more than 20 years experience in strategy, corporate communications and public relations within large corporations. Why: Stanislas has been instrumental in the success of past ventures with Matthias. Stanislas experience and advice will be a critical asset to ensure the Stark Group vision is understood and communicated. |

Who: Pascal Paoli has spent more than 35 years in Asia including Korea, Japan and China, where he holds senior positions in both the insurance and retail industry such as CEO of AXA Corporate Solutions of South East Asia Why: Pascal's wisdom, experience and understanding of Asian culture are critical to Stark Group and its ambition to expand across Asia. |
Business Strategy: Daniel Simonet - Professor of Business Policy American University of Sharjah
Who: Daniel Simonet is a former management consultant, a visiting scholar at the Wharton school of Management. He has over 18 years’ experience in strategic management and public policy in Asia. He has published over 60 articles on business policy and public administration as well as three books on management. His research lies in government reforms, health care management and environmental sciences. Why: Daniel’s experience and extensive network in the Middle East benefits Stark Group and its ambition to expand its operations in this fast growing region |
Digital Transformation: Paul de Bruijn - Regional Head of Transformation Services APAC at AIG
Who: Paul de Bruijn is a known expert in digital transformation in the insurance industry with more than 30 years of experience in project management both in Europe & Asia. He has been instrumental in making numerous Merger & Acquisition projects successful as well as adapting company organizations to market requirement. Former Regional Head of Transformation Services APAC at AIG, Founder and former CEO of APA Insurance in LAOS. Why: Paul method brings efficiency into the organization. He is also able to assist us in shaping up the culture we wish to implement into Stark Group. All to help us shifting from Start up to a scalable company. |
Strategy & Organisation: Renaud Caillet - Chief Financial Controller
Who: Renaud has a strong quantitative background . He has more than 12 years experience in the insurance industry, both in France and Asia. He participated in setting up and ran the trading, data and hedging platform in Asia for AXA Group. He also led the strategic planning of Generali France. Why: Renaud’s experience in setting up data flows and models in the insurance industry as well as managing, monitoring and nurturing both strategic planning and transformation of significant insurance players are incremental for Stark Group gain in organisational maturity. |
Innovation & Organisation: Thierry Moschetti - Partner at The Resilience Institute
Who: Thierry has 20 years experience in team management, business development and training in the Middle East, Europe, and Asia. Prior to establishing the Resilience Institute in Singapore, he was Regional General Manager of Greater China for a British listed organisation. The Resilience Institute provides practical, evidence-based and integral methods for liberating human potential. Why: Thierry has been with Stark Group since day one, coaching and advising best practices to set up efficiently and adding the appropriate human touch Stark Group. |
Innovation & Technology: Frederic Guillet - CEO & Co-founder of AudienceValue
Who: Frederic has more than 10 years experience in Asia and more than 13 years experience in the digital media industry particularly in email marketing, rich-media banner and video advertising solutions and ad exchange platforms. He cofounded Audiencevalue in 2011, a data-driven online advertising solutions provider based in Singapore, Paris and Lyon. Why: Frederic has a fast and innovative mindset which will contribute in designing the appropriate journey for Stark Group. |
