The entrepreneur, an adventurer operated by psychodynamic forces stimulated by individualistic cognitive, reactive and adaptive schemata
Are countries shaping up entrepreneurship or does entrepreneurship shape countries? An entrepreneur ambitions to transform his environment to achieve a series of objective. Yesterday it requires resilience, ambitions, time and effort to set and run an enterprise. In recent years, the digitalisation of the World has changed the traditional entrepreneurial environment. The entrepreneur is not an independent businessman anymore, but rather an innovator. The nature of entrepreneurship has been influenced over the years by the changing environment forced by the venue of new technologies. Countries have adapted their policies to response to such evolution. It becomes easier to deploy an idea and make it a business case. Yet and at the same time, countries that have not revolutionised digitally still witness with high level of economic growth. It is mainly the consequence of the successful action from another type of entrepreneurs. In either way, the entrepreneur remains someone that develop and nurtures his natural characteristics (resilience, ambition, risk taker…) to succeed in the business and fulfil the gaps to make profit.
