Abstract This paper demonstrates that the entrepreneur is an adventurer driven by individualistic stimulated set of intelligences. Exploratory and receptive, he ambitions to achieve a series of personal objectives. They include transforming the world, generating economic values, financial profit and social or community recognition. Alone in his decision, he innovates and takes risks stimulated by psychodynamic forces such as resilience and sense of achievement. He must remain in control of his own destiny while trying to respond to a personal belief that he can make a difference to the world and for others. Self-confident, he develops his expertise and experience by responding positively to market and environment uncertainties. Finally, he is motivated by his own instinct of how the market evolves. He innovates based on his own belief of that he can make a difference and close the gap that makes him succeed. Comments are closed.
